Bernadette Casey BSSc MSc Dip
Bernadette is the founder of Bernadette Casey Solutions.
Her profession of origin is in health and social care, in senior leadership roles, managing large caseloads, teams, and departments across various statutory and non-statutory services, and in national and international contexts.
She has expertise in working in high-risk and emotionally demanding contexts. Bernadette is an independent coach and clinical supervisor, supporting leadership roles in team performance, staff cohesion, burnout prevention, CPD for fitness to practice, and compliance. She is a holder of an ICF coaching award (International Coaching Federation).
Bernadette provides specialist safeguarding advice nationally and internationally, including at board and senior leadership level, bringing a systems, governance and practice perspective to complex safeguarding matters. She contributes as an interview panellist and is a lecturer in the School of Social Work and Social Policy, the School of Nursing Faculty, Trinity College, Dublin (TCD) and the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI).
As a registered professional, she has a longstanding reputation for her integrity, professionalism and authentic approach.
This breadth of experience enables Bernadette to; meet people where they are at, support them to recognise and build on their strengths, grow to reach their potential, navigate complexity with confidence, and achieve meaningful sustainable change.

Solutions provide independent clinical supervision and supervisor training to professional clinicians working in health, social care and safeguarding, both nationally and internationally.
We provide individual, group and team supervision for health and social care professionals, safeguarding practitioners, investigators, focal points and designated roles (D.O./D.L.P's), managers and senior leaders working on complex safeguarding responsibilities.
Solutions design and deliver clinical supervisor skills training programmes, workshops, and masterclasses, all certified for professional CPD.
